Flanges

Flanges are an essential component in industrial piping systems, serving as a method of connecting pipes, valves, pumps, and other equipment. They facilitate easy access for cleaning, inspection, or modification, ensuring efficient maintenance and operation.

Flanges are typically either welded or screwed onto the piping system. Flanged joints are formed by bolting two flanges together with a gasket in between, creating a secure and leak-proof seal. These connections are crucial in industries requiring high-pressure and high-temperature applications.

Fittings

Fittings are essential components in a piping system, including connectors, elbows, and other crucial elements that ensure proper flow management. They play a vital role in altering the direction of flow, such as elbows and tees, and adjusting pipe size through reducers and reducing tees.

Additionally, fittings help connect different components using couplings and can also stop the flow when needed with caps. Various types of pipe fittings are used in piping systems, depending on the specific requirements of the application, ensuring efficiency and reliability.

Valves

Valves are crucial components in piping systems, designed to control, regulate, and direct the flow of fluids, including gases, liquids, fluidized solids, and slurries. They function by opening, closing, or partially obstructing passageways to manage the movement of substances within a pipeline.

Valves are widely used across various industries to ensure efficient flow control, safety, and system performance. Their design and operation vary depending on the application, with different types available to meet specific requirements.
