Steel Pipes
Seamless Pipes
Seamless pipes are widely used in industries such as Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Energy, MEP, and Automotive due to their strength, durability, and resistance to pressure. One commonly used material for seamless pipes is carbon steel, which contains a higher concentration of carbon compared to other types of steel. While most steel varieties have a carbon content ranging from 0.05% to 0.3%, carbon steel can have a carbon content of up to 2.5%. This higher carbon composition enhances its hardness and strength, making it ideal for applications requiring durability and high performance.
ERW (Electric Resistance Welded) Pipes
ERW (Electric Resistance Welded) pipes are widely used in various industrial applications due to their efficiency, strength, and cost-effectiveness. These pipes are manufactured from steel coils, with the weld seam running parallel to the length of the pipe. The width of the coil determines the pipe’s circumference, limiting its diameter to a maximum of 24 inches. This manufacturing process ensures uniform wall thickness and a smooth finish, making ERW pipes suitable for applications in construction, infrastructure, and energy industries.
